I haven’t shared much about my dog-sitting experience since I took a break from the food service industry, but I should. We live in a parallel universe with them; however, I feel we should all be talking about dogs more now that we have resources to learn more about It all started with looking after my family and friends’ dogs, then I started watching Cesar Millan and applying his techniques, and they worked on all the dogs. From there, I started working with additional dogs and adopted a pack leader mentality, and I’ve found that it really works.
My Public Service Announcement is: No Touch. No Talk. No Eye Contact. Children and adults don’t need to interact with dogs, they need healthy interactions with them.
Another aspect of dogs is their food, which is a huge segment and part of the food industry as well. This is something worth digging into and something I feel I could lend support to was well.
